Dear Conscious Breastfeeding Mom,

We all know that breastfeeding is natural, but it is definitely not as easy as it looks. All babies and breasts are not the same. Too often the advice and tips are very generic and may not necessarily solve your specific concerns.

Mothers are looking for ways to understand how to make breastfeeding feel less overwhelming. You yourself may have encountered challenges or know someone who has had problems.

I was inspired to develop Conscious Breastfeeding as an approach to mindful mothering when I saw how it empowered the mothers in my lactation practice. When support is tailored for you and your unique baby... it makes a big difference!

Having been online now for a year....the Conscious Breastfeeding movement has expanded beyond the borders of The Breastfeeding Salon.

The time has come to put the spotlight on Conscious Breastfeeding so that many more women, babies and their families will have access to this information.

I have launched a new multi-media blog which highlights this revolutionary method and will share proven success strategies and stories from mothers who have experienced all the benefits of a Conscious Breastfeeding lifestyle.
